Medicare Australia offers a range of ongoing and non-ongoing employment opportunities.
Ongoing vacancies
To be considered for any ongoing employment opportunity with Medicare Australia you must
- be an Australian citizen
- possess mandatory qualifications (where specified)
- not have received a redundancy benefit from an APS agency or a non-APS Commonwealth employer in the previous 12 months.
Non ongoing vacancies
To be considered for a non-ongoing vacancy, you must
- be an Australian citizen
- possess mandatory qualifications (where specified)
Generally, non-ongoing employment will not be offered to a person who has received a redundancy benefit from an APS agency or a non-APS Commonwealth employer in the previous 12 months.
